  • Sugar cookies - Plain flour, baking powder, salted butter, white sugar, vanilla extract, eggs.

    Royal icing - Pure icing sugar, water and egg white powder.

    Chocolate Chip cookies - Salted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, plain flour, baking soda, cornstarch, chocolate chips.

    Choc Pecan cookies - Salted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, plain flour, baking soda, cornstarch, pecans, chocolate chips.

    Funfetti cookies - Salted butter, white sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, plain flour, baking soda, cornstarch, sprinkles.

  • At this time, only vanilla sugar cookies are available.

    I’m currently working on some other exciting flavours and in future, cookie flavours will be expanded!

  • I do not bake in an allergen-free kitchen and cannot offer gluten free, dairy-free, sugar-free, vegan, paleo, or keto cookies at this time.

    Please be advised that products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, milk, sesame, peanut, soy, lupin, wheat, fish, mollusc, crustacean, gluten and sulphites.

  • Sugar Cookies:

    • Standard set cookies are approximately 8cm wide and 1cm high.

    • Note: dimensions will vary depending on the cookie shapes and designs.

    Classic Cookies:

    • Each cookie weighs 80 grams.

  • All cookies are individually heat sealed for freshness and can last up to 4-6 weeks if they remain in their heat sealed bag.

    Once opened, it is recommended that cookies are consumed within 24-72hrs.

    If you need the cookies to last longer, they can be frozen for up to 3 months. 

  • Please note that there is a flat rate shipping rate of $15.

    Order Cut-Off Times

    • All orders placed within the window of 5pm Friday to 5pm Sunday will be shipped orders on Wednesdays.

    • All orders placed after 5pm on Sunday will be shipped the following Wednesday.

    Unfortunately, once the cookies are shipped I rely on the couriers to take care in transit, but I cannot guarantee that no damage will occur to the products.

    If any cookies are damaged, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to rectify the issue if possible.

    Unfortunately, there will not be a refund for damaged cookies as labour time and materials have been used to create your order but potentially I can send a replacement if time allows.

  • Once your order is sent, I rely on the couriers to fulfil the delivery. In the event that your parcel is delayed, thebakerV is not responsible for this matter.

    Unfortunately, no refunds are offered if your parcel is delayed and it is strongly recommended you consider any potential delays when deciding on your delivery date to avoid disappointment.

  • As custom cookies are a time consuming and detailed process, availability will be key to fulfilling your order.

    I encourage you to submit an enquiry form however that does not guarantee that I will be able to fulfil your order.

    Full payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice being sent to you via email to secure the booking.

    Cookies will not be shipped until the payment is received.
