Shipping Policy

At thebakerV, we take pride in delivering fresh, home-baked goods to our local community. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when deliveries are made and what customers can expect.

1. Delivery Areas

thebakerV currently offers delivery Australia wide. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us at hello@thebakerv.com before placing an order.

2. Delivery

All baked goods are made to order and thebakerV does not ship to PO Boxes. Please double check this before confirming your order.

We Ship through MailPlus which uses StarTrack, they are able to deliver 95% of their packages within the next business day. This is a guide and delivery times may be shorter or longer than stated. thebakerV is not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. thebakerV is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

3. Delivery Fee

Delivery fees are a flat rate of $15.00.

4. Order Cut-Off Times

thebakerV requires all orders to be placed within the window of 5pm Friday to 5pm Sunday to ensure dispatch of all orders on Wednesdays. Orders placed after 5pm on Sunday will be shipped the following Wednesday.

5. Product Handling After Delivery

Please refrigerate or consume your baked goods within the recommended time listed on the packaging. thebakerV is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
